9.1. Med Aesthetics and its staff is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Optimas.

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of El Paso, Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of El Paso,Texas.

11.1. Med Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for changes.
